IPOS Terms of Use.
General public terms for our website and customer-facing apps. Commercial customers remain subject to their applicable quotation, agreement, licence, subscription and SLA terms.
1. Authorised use
Users must use IPOS services lawfully, protect access credentials and use only information and functions they are authorised to access.
2. Service configuration
Available functions depend on the customer’s licensed modules, configuration, permissions, hardware, third-party integrations and commercial agreement.
3. Security
Users may not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, access another user’s data without authority or misuse connected services.
4. Third-party services
Some functionality may rely on external payment, mapping, communication, hosting, device or other providers. External availability and provider terms may affect those functions.
5. Intellectual property
IPOS software, branding, website content and associated intellectual property remain owned by Integrated Point Of Sale (Pty) Ltd or their respective licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Service availability
We aim to maintain reliable services, but no internet-connected website, application or integration can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
